How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Analyst, International Consumer Payments will join the team to develop and implement the global direct to consumer payments strategy, identifying and executing operational and financial efficiencies, and managing global internal and external relationships in the consumer payments space. The Consumer Payments team collaborates with all lines of business and senior management to ensure enterprise-wide alignment of payment initiatives and adherence to policies.

The Analyst, International Consumer Payments will be responsible for:

  • Contribute to assessment, internal communication, and ongoing monitoring of the impacts resulting from changes in consumer payment acceptance rules and regulations.  Identify and document compliance gaps and suggest remediation action items for implementation, in collaboration with the lines of business and external stakeholders.
  • Support global coordination and execution of our rigorous due diligence process for prospective business partners, and periodic reassessments of existing partners, in consumer payments.  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the diligence process is completed fully and timely.
  • Process global merchant account requests per ECP policies, including new accounts and amendments. Maintain all account actions in the central database. Assist with audits and remediation to ensure policy compliance.
  • Support lines of business and shared services teams by leading resolutions for operational issues, such as payment failures, reporting inconsistencies and/or any other issue impacting payment performance.  Interact with third parties to communicate requests and priorities in support of the lines of business and ECP priorities.
  • Enhance global risk and control frameworks by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline operational processes using AI tools and workflow technologies.  Drive efficiency gains through the deployment of automated controls, intelligent monitoring solutions, and AI-assisted process documentation across regional operations.
  • Support acquirer KYC and underwriting processes, following established global processes, for new launches and parodic renewals.  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect the necessary information to satisfy all acquirer requirements.
  • Monitor regional consumer payment KPIs, leveraging an established global framework, and lead investigation via data analytics and insights as issues are identified.  Participate in project teams with internal and external stakeholders to communicate issues and support resolution.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • +2 years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, audit/compliance or operational functions. Experience with transactions in businesses, or businesses that rely on processing volume / scale.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, drive execution, and ensure timely follow-through in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder and matrix management capabilities, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across multiple teams, functions, and regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while supporting global operations across different time zones.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to professionalism, customer focus, and delivering results.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong risk assessment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues, anticipate challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize key findings, and present actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Experience and ability for process reengineering and automation of routine operational tasks, especially using AI tools and other software enablers.
  • Advanced level of English.
