How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

We are looking for a qualified and analytical professional to join our team as a Consumer Insights Jr Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting market research, whereby it is important to have knowledge of quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies and an analytical profile. In addition, you will analyze the overall market landscape of advertising sales in the streaming business. The ideal candidate will give support to the Revenue direction by coordinatig adhoc studies, delivering adhoc quantitative and qualittative analysys for internal and external clients.

The Jr Analyst Consumer Insights will be responsible for:

  • Manage qualitative and quantitative projects with agencies and in house. From writing briefs and selecting methodologies to analyzing and creating the final presentation.

  • Answer requests from internal customers, interpreting the appropriate data, and communicating the results effectively.

  • Track, interpret and compile findings from various research sources (syndicated, social listening, primary research, etc.) on industry and consumer trends and communicate to key business customers to enhance the value of our sales strategies.

  • Keeping abreast of trends and developments in the streaming market and the advertising business.

  • Identify patterns, correlations, and trends in platform consumption.

  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners in advertising sales and be a business partner to understand consumers and recommend insights that enhance the advertising business.

  • Work with external vendors and effectively collaborate with them to successfully complete and deliver insights projects.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Sociology).
  • Experience in analytical functions and knowledge of market research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis (is a plus)
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Interest/experience in market research and Digital Metrics
  • Knowledge of basic and specialized computer tools (TGI, IBOPE Media, Comscore).
