How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Supervisor will be part of the Creative Marketing team within the Project Management area and will serve as the main point of contact between the teams involved in the execution of marketing campaigns for series and films produced in Latin America.
The role is responsible for coordinating the development, production, and distribution of campaign materials, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, effective collaboration, and timely delivery.
The Supervisor, Creative Project Management will be responsible for:
- Organize and manage campaign material requests, coordinating delivery timelines with the different teams and ensuring a clear understanding of the assets required in each case.
- Receive, organize, produce, and distribute campaign materials, ensuring proper coordination and timely delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end tracking of all campaign assets, keeping stakeholders informed of the status and progress of each deliverable.
- Understand and analyze creative requests in order to communicate them clearly and accurately to the production team responsible for execution.
- Work cross-functionally with teams including Press, Marketing, Social Media, Development, Design, Creative, and Production to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Provide structure, clarity, and support to the teams involved, facilitating collaboration and ensuring an organized workflow.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively navigate a dynamic work environment.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media, creative services, or similar roles.
- (Preferred industries: media company, media/advertising/creative agency, or a communications or marketing department within a brand.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or related fields.
- Advanced level in English
- Knowledge of image and video formats and terminology.
- Experience with Airtable, Photoshop, and video editing software (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Project planning skills, including estimation, risk identification/mitigation, and change management.
- Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented profile.
