The Information, Design & Experience (IDX) team is focused on delivering information to all areas and levels of Disney Vacation Club (DVC), by using data, analysis and self-designed, presentation tools to promote performance. The IDX team is part of the Business Operations organization within DVC, and plays an important role by strategizing and implementing business intelligence methods for the entire DVC Organization by developing business strategies and delivering industry-leading Cast Pay and Performance processes.

You will support the IDX Data Management team to manage data flows and provide business-logic automation for all areas including Pay and Performance technical strategy and then implements the resulting rules and methods. You will also ensure 100% data accuracy as much as possible which includes both data flow development and Technology partnership. This can include responsibility for a multi-million dollar Cast commissioned payout process as well as Cast Performance. You will use a mix of technologies and methodologies to develop data foundations and deliveries with the user-experience in mind. In this role, you will be a consultant and developer for business leaders, interface between business and technology teams, and help provide options and identify new opportunities to improve data/reporting/process/system efficiency.

You will report to the Manager, IDX Analytics.

This is a Full-Time position based in Celebration, Florida.

You Will:

  • Develop and maintain data automation pipelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across critical systems including Cast Pay and Performance.

  • Deliver data insights and visualization: Use Tableau, AI/ML tools, SSRS, and other emerging platforms to produce intuitive and actionable visualizations that inform decisions for leaders and executives.

  • Conduct investigative analysis: Explore behavioral and operational data to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance drivers that influence DVC business outcomes.

  • Ensure data integrity: Serve as a subject matter expert on data sources, proactively identifying anomalies, documenting root causes, and developing solutions or workarounds.

  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with business, analytics, and technology teams to align on priorities, integrate systems, and improve reporting and analytics processes.

  • Champion innovation and inclusivity: Contribute new ideas for improving accessibility, efficiency, and user experience across data tools and reporting platforms.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning: Share best practices, mentor peers on analytics methods, and help evolve team standards around automation, data quality, and visualization design.

You Will Have:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.

  • Experience with data transformation and load (ETL) tools such as SSIS, Dataiku, or equivalent.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools including Tableau, SSRS, Python, and R.

  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that influence business decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and innovative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate-level experience with data modeling, forecasting, or predictive analytics.

  • Knowledge of HTML and web development for interactive data delivery.

  • Experience with Snowflake or MariaDB databases.

  • Understanding of AI/ML tools for data enrichment or automation.

  • A passion for storytelling with data and connecting technical solutions to business impact.

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Preferred: Master’s degree (MS) in a data, analytics, or statistics-related field.
