How will you contribute to our magical experience?  

The Coordinator, Partner Marketing, will support the Trade Marketing team by managing the day-to-day coordination, communication, administration, and follow-up of distribution, promotional, and brand partnerships. The role will help ensure that partner needs are addressed in alignment with the Company’s overall marketing and business strategy. This position will also collaborate closely with agencies, regional and local internal teams, and external suppliers to deliver projects and achieve goals in a timely manner.

The Coordinator, Partner Marketing will be responsible for: 

  • Maintain up to date all the recurrent tasks with each partner. Such as monthly strategy plans or launch assets delivery.  
  • Deliver, verify, review, and send feedback to the partners alertness to ensure and accomplish successfully our brands guidelines, offers and legal agreements.
  • Implement assigned actions that will support the mkt plan, promotions, or partner performance success.
  • Brief and track agencies, internal teams and suppliers in an assertive way.
  • Report all partner communication efforts clearly and organized for the assembly of management reports.
  • Participate and propose marketing campaigns for title launches and/or partners offer campaigns.
  • Responsible for administrating and creating purchase orders, management with suppliers and contracts.
  • Client service focused. We are a key link at the Trade mkt team for internal and external clients so a person with communication skills is needed.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or similar roles.
  • Interest in entertainment industry, streaming, innovation, technology, advertising, communication, business intelligence, data and marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Administration, Design, Publicity or related fields.
  • Intermediate level in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented profile.
