Post Production Coordinator

About the Role & Team

The Post Production Coordinator supports the post process across multiple concurrent original productions, ensuring workflows, standards, and schedules are adhered to at the studio or platform level. • Delivery Management: Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of all Post Production assets (cuts, final picture, audio, etc.) to meet platform requirements.

  • Tools & Platforms: Provide training, guidance, and on/off-board support, asset tracking and reporting for all our internal systems and studio platforms such as PIX, Scenechronize, SoundMouse, Aspera, MediaShuttle ensuring proper naming conventions and data hygiene.

  • Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of show status, risks, and issues; generate regular Post Production status reports for leadership.

  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and troubleshoot Post Production bottlenecks or conflicts across multiple shows.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in Post Production coordination or management, with exposure to streaming, network, or studio-level operations, ideally in both scripted and unscripted programming.

  • Strong understanding of Post Production workflows and delivery requirements.

  • Experience collaborating with creative and technical teams, as well as internal and external vendors.

  • Excellent organisation, communication and time-management skills.

  • Ability to juggle competing priorities across multiple projects.

  • Familiarity with studio asset systems, documentation platforms, and collaboration tools (PIX, Scenechronize, SoundMouse, etc.).

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

  • Knowledge of security protocols, technical specs, and localisation processes preferred.

  • The Post Production Coordinator is a key driver of operational excellence, ensuring a seamless and consistent Post Production process into delivery, supporting our scripted and unscripted content slate.
