The Partnerships & Events Coordinator is part of our Integrated Marketing team and will manage administration support for planning and delivery of partnerships and events that bring some of the biggest brands in the world to life!   

Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive multitasker with entry-level corporate experience, including managing calendars, emails, and invoicing. You have an understanding of and exposure to events and/or project management, plus a love for our brands that will ensure you get excited to come to work each day! Prioritization is something that you are comfortable with, you get energy from supporting others and using this to learn, and you’re a whiz on a Mac and with Google suite.

Key Responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality events, activations, and partnerships, under the direction of your leader, inclusive of admin duties such as asset creation, delivery and approvals, invoicing, and ticketing

  • Become the expert in briefing, sourcing and managing information, assets, and creative for the team

  • Help to manage the critical timelines across all major work streams by tracking and documenting activities to ensure both timely delivery and future recommendations

  • Maintain marketing documentation for events and partnerships across global and local reporting requirements

  • Drive and lead Partnership approval processes via internal systems

  • Manage invoicing for external partner and event activity in a timely and concise manner

  • Pull date and reports to support the development of presentations and reporting deliverables for the team

  • Support timely adhoc requests from internal partners, external partners and the wider team

Ideal experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • 1-4 years professional experience with an understanding of professional environments, emails, booking meeting rooms, etc.

  • The ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines

  • Savvy with IT and systems across both Mac and PC, with the patience to navigate the tricky ones

  • A desire to build good relationships both internally and externally

  • Knowledge of and a passion for Disney content

  • Positive, proactive, and engaging customer focus

  • Clear and confident communication skills with the desire to learn how to present information and updates

  • Proactive problem solving with the ability to examine issues from a broad perspective and anticipating impact beyond initial scope
